Residential Development


Leander are proud to have been associated with a number of high quality residential developments throughout London and the South East. We ensure that we deliver value to both investors and end users providing well designed, quality homes.

A notable example is the former Lloyds TSB Bank sports ground in Beckenham, Kent where, as well as creating a northern county satellite ground for Kent County Cricket Club, we delivered a number of exclusive homes and apartments, retirement and affordable units together with substantial facilities for the local community.

We are currently involved with exciting schemes in Guildford, Camberwell and Prime Central London.

Historically, we have established our reputation in the commercial sector with schemes in the office, retail, and industrial sectors, having worked with a number of PLCs.

We seek to acquire property across these sectors adopting either an investment or redevelopment view, our typical exit strategy being between 3 and 5 years. Leander are proud to work with, for example, the likes of Currys, Travis Perkins PLC, Toyota and Halfords.
